The vision of CIS is shaped by its founder and President, Craig Cunningham. Craig has held a variety of executive positions, including Director of Customer Excellence and Marketing at Honeywell (formerly AlliedSignal), Vice President of Marketing at Ingersoll-Dresser Pumps, and Vice President, Alliances and Marketing at Cambridge Technology Partners. While at AlliedSignal, Craig was directed by Larry Bossidy (former CEO of AlliedSignal and Honeywell, author of Execution) to drive the company’s customer-focus initiative, Customer Excellence.

Additionally, Craig was responsible for sales effectiveness, including purchasing 2000 CRM licenses as a common platform for the $15B company’s multiple businesses. He also served as Chairman of the AlliedSignal Web Council, which included launching ecommerce, as well as development and execution of the company’s internet and intranet strategies.

Our experience is broad and deep in driving growth. We’ve worked with European and Asian firms, working to drive greater results in the US market. We’ve worked with American companies to driver growth with their most important customers throughout Europe and Asia Pacific. Our industry expertise is diverse, including Aerospace, Biotech, Building Materials, Automotive, and Capital Equipment. We’re set apart because we provide more than just good ideas.
